All orders within the Continental US are shipped for free. We ship Firefly Necklaces through USPS. If you are ordering from outside the Continental US, please inquire about international shipping rates.
We go through many steps to ensure a long happy life for your Firefly, but unfortunately things can still go wrong. If your Firefly stops working please check for proper battery replacement and paper insert first, but if there is still a problem, mail it to us and we will fix it. We do not charge for repairs. We can get your Firefly back to its original working condition and mail it back.
If you dropped your Firefly and it broke or cracked, mail it to us and we will fix it. If we can repair it we will, but if we can not repair it, we will replace it with a similar crystal, for no charge and mail it back to you.
Contact us if you have any problem with your Firefly so we can understand the problem and we will give you easy detailed mailing instructions.
